One of the best experiences that I have on the Peruvian food , I order the churrasco de pollo with chaufa rice and broccoli, and side of plantains .OMG it was another level . If you are visiting or just passing thru in Hagerstown MD , I will recommend you to stop to this place your are not going to have regrets.

My husband really enjoyed the food we ordered. We have half chicken, with a side of brussel sprouts and mashed potatoe. It was really good. Serving is very generous with affordable price. friendly staff and clean place..

The food is delicious. We had the chicken with vegetables sides and plaintains. All very good food with large portions. My husband and I share a meal, and they were very cool by giving us an extra plate.

A nicely decorated and clean environment with excellent food. Very friendly service. Chicken was very tender and well seasoned and the brussel sprouts side dish and the roasted veggies were very flavorful. And very large portions. Definitely will return when we are in the area.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment after seeing it on Google Maps. I also received a recommendation for the chicken from a Peruvian individual. The ordering process involves selecting the main course first, followed by the sides, sauce, and beverage. I opted for the rotisserie chicken and indulged in a variety of sides, including rice, fries, and sprouts with carrots. The portion sizes were incredibly generous and provided excellent value for the price. I genuinely wish this restaurant chain had a presence in my hometown. That's how much I enjoyed my dining experience.

School bus tour with 8th graders and Sardis did us right! We ate a delicious 1/2 chicken meal with our choice of two sides. Yummy! Service was quick and 50 of us got through the line in ten minutes. Efficient and delicious! There is also an ice cream stand that the kids enjoyed. This place is a school trip chaperone's dream!

Just when you thought life had given you all it could give, In comes Sardis Pollo A La Brasa. It doesn't need to slowly cuddle you or ease you in. It just full force hits you in the face with the most intense and juiciest flavors. Your tongue will thank you as well . No other chicken place compares to this place. Sure you could go to the same amazing boring Chik Fil A but who wants to be boring. Not this Gringo. This Gringo needs some spice in his life and this Pollo is packing the necessary ingredients to make a connection. I would marry this chicken and give it papers just for being so delicious. Live life on the edge and give this Sardis a chance.

I got the power bowl with chicken. It was delicious. The chicken was tender and the rice corn and black beans made it that much better. I came back and got it with steak which was just as good. I tried the Chichiron De Pollo with the boneless fried chicken and blk beans and rice with mash potatoes...
